After-School Fun

Every day, especially since we've had cooler days lately, we have tried really hard to finish Hattie's homework in time to have some serious play-time outside.  This is what we do almost every day, except for Wednesdays when we're at church!

We wait patiently for Hattie to come out those doors at Grace...

It's not so bad waiting, because we love to sit on the big rocks.

Then we go home, do homework, and...

JUMP!!!

Georgia likes to jump, too, but not when Hattie is on the trampoline...she likes to watch Hattie jump and wait for her turn to jump by herself.

We ride scooters...

Look for roly-polies...

Take breaks...

Ring the wind chimes...

Help Mommy water the flowers...

By the way...this top pic was taken about four weeks before this next pic...these flowers are LOVING FALL!!!

We even found a Monarch!!!

This butterfly LOVED Hattie's zinnias!

And then sometimes we bring the party inside...the dance party, that is!  Hattie puts on the music from Generational Worship (the CD the kids got to practice with when they sang in Big Church a few weeks ago), and we jam out in the den!
