Amazing

Last night's men's freestyle relay was pretty much the best, most exciting race I've ever seen! The French had been talking trash to the Americans last week, but the Americans just ignored it. They got in the water, and we were behind the whole time. We couldn't get the lead and started getting further back, but then Lezak (the anchor for the US team), in the last 5 meters of the race SQUEEZED past France to WIN the GOLD!!!! It was the fasted freestyle split in history!!!! We beat the French by 8/100 of a second! OH, I was in the den (Jeremy and Granny had already gone to bed), and I was cheering and laughing all by myself! It was SO amazing! Michael Phelps, Cullen Jones, Garrett Webber-Gale, and Jason Lezak were all going crazy with excitement! If you missed it, you HAVE to find a way to watch this race online. It was amazing!
