On the last day of VBS, we had the treat of eating dinner and dessert with Gramma, Poppa, Aunt Ashley, Uncle Jason, Charlie and Isabelle! We took a trip to the Highland Park Cafeteria and then went to Steel City Pops for dessert! The girls looked so cute while they were waiting for their popsicles!
After-church lunch with friends...I love seeing Georgia make actual friends! :)
And Hattie, too!
First World Problems: When you have to blow all the leaves and crepe myrtle blossoms off of the trampoline!
On the fourth of July Eve, we took a trip to our local snow cone place in Lake Highlands...it was so good! We took a too cool pic...
Sweet Georgia...
Sweet Hattie...look how long she's getting!
The 4th of July was actually really rainy in the morning! We were worried the parade would be cancelled...
But it wasn't!
We had to stop and acknowledge Granny's favorite Ginkgo trees around the Highland Park Library.
Georgia was pretty pumped about the whole day.
Swimming with friends!
We found a TINY frog!
And of course, we stayed up late for fireworks!
Soon after the 4th, we had a "cousin trade-off!" Hattie spent the night with Hallie Claire in Allen, and Matthew spent the night with Georgia and us in Lake Highlands!
Georgia had a great time showing Matthew all her toys. He was such a good sport and played so well with her!
Then we took a trip to Northpark to play at the Lego Store, eat dinner, and then get a most ahhh-mazing cookie at Mrs. Fields! Matthew was highly impressed!
Meanwhile in Allen...
These cousins love each other so much! We are so thankful for sweet family and summertime!

Love these. Can't believe how big the girls are. GT might have as big a personality as her sister, which is saying a lot! :) they are so precious!
