So on Georgia's actual birthday, we were super-crazy-VBS-minded, so we couldn't have her party on that crazy day...but we made sure that she felt special!
We took a few "pretty birthday pictures" in the backyard before we headed downtown!
THREE!!!!
YAY! That elevator with the window!!!
As we walked to the children's building, we ran into Ron Creswell and our facilities team. They were draining the fountain and when they found out it was her birthday, they serenaded Georgia in a BIG way and sang Happy Birthday to her! Mr. Ron even conducted them! She was sooooo proud!
And Ms. Ruthie gave Georgia a special birthday doughnut for breakfast!
With sprinkles!!!
We saw a cool starfish that day...
Then on Saturday came...and we had her Pixie Pool Party!!!
Tinker bell is definitely her favorite thing right now.
All our favorite people were there!
And lastly...to make it officially official...she had her three-year-old wellness appointment with Dr. Diaz! Look at that big-girl smile!
Then yesterday, Georgia spent the whole day with Mommy! She helped me work at the church...
And then we went to Northpark to shop for something fun (spending her birthday money from Gran and Papaw!).
While we were there, we did all the things she loved...including eat dinner at Chik-Fil-A!
And eat ice cream!
We bought birthday sandals, three toys from the Disney store, and got a balloon at Nordstrom!
It was such a happy day!
I think we're going to enjoy this year with our 3-year-old! We love you, Georgia Truett! Keep on shining your bring smile and loving heart to everyone you know!
