Many of you know that Jeremy moved from the George Bush Presidential Library and Institute back to the HR department at UT Southwestern this past summer. As part of the perks of the job, everyone who leaves the GWB family gets to have a final interview with the President. Our appointment with him was scheduled for this month, and we were invited to bring the girls, too! It was a moment to remember forever. The girls were so excited to be dressed up to meet President Bush!
Mommy and Daddy were pretty excited, too!
It happened really fast, as he had another meeting waiting for him but THIS moment happened! Just a few days ago, we each received our own 8x10 print of this picture, signed and dedicated to each of us. I'm happy for Jeremy and his future with UTSW, but this man is such a class act.
Way to go, Jeremy! You make us all proud!
